You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 22wingo.
Your use of the 22wingo Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22wingo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 22wingo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall 22wingo's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22wingo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
22wingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other conduct that 22wingo determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or the Company.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the account closure date.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 22wingo support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
